‘Invite Check’ will allow you to send an email invitation to the applicant. The applicants will complete the application themselves.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. On the left sidebar, Go to New Check -> Check Home

2. Click on Invite Check

 3. You can start to fill out the applicant’s details. Please enter the email address correctly as the invitation will be sent to the applicant’s email address.

You also have the option to enter the employee ID and adjust the reminder settings.

4. You also have the option to fill in the check purpose field on behalf of the applicants. This will ensure that the applicant provides the correct purpose.

5. Please click on Prepare Invitation to preview the email. You have an option to change the email content here.

6. Once you are satisfied with the information you’ve provided, please click Send invitation ( on the bottom right hand corner) to start sending out the email invitations

7. You can manage the progress of the application in the Manage Checks tab
