1. Right to Work Settings

Recheck Options: You can select different options to recheck the applicant’s Right to Work once their visa has expired. You can either

  • Select a ‘Recheck’ by the applicant’s visa expiry date or
  • Choose a customised recheck (e.g. every month, every three months, etc.)

With the Automatic Recheck feature, InterCheck’ system will automatically create a Right to Work Check for each applicant after the Visa Expiry Date or according to the customised Recheck option.

If you do not opt for an automatic recheck, the expired Right to Work Checks will be placed in the ‘Recheck list’, awaiting manual approval by the AO/AP before a Recheck is created.

It is recommended that you should recheck your applicants’ Right to Work frequently to avoid potential risks.

This option can be accessed via Admin Home -> Right to work
